Customer Reviews
Repeat customer, solid choice
This was my third order from Lofarisbackdrop, got a 'custom birthday backdrop' this time. Like before, the print quality was spot on, colors matched what I saw online. I usually go for the polyester, it's easier to de-wrinkle. Shipping was consistent with previous experiences, around a week and a half to the Midwest. It's nice knowing what to expect; they're reliable. I've used them for a few events now and they haven't let me down yet. The backdrop stand kit I bought from them earlier is still holding up too.
Good backdrop, slow delivery
I ordered a 'space theme backdrop' for my son's birthday party. The quality of the vinyl was pretty good for the price, the colors were vibrant. It shipped out okay, but delivery took about 9 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, decent value but plan for shipping times.
Good deal on a 'Christmas backdrop'
I was looking for a 'Christmas backdrop' for some holiday photos and found a good price here during a seasonal promotion. I got 10% off my order. The vinyl material was okay for the price I paid. It arrived in about 7 days. Felt like a good value for what I needed.
Detailed custom order experience
I ordered a 'personalized photo backdrop' for a small corporate event. The ordering process was straightforward; uploading my design was simple. I opted for the polyester material. Communication about the proofing was quick, they sent it within 24 hours for approval. Shipping took about 8 business days to California after approval, which was acceptable. The backdrop arrived rolled, so no major creases. The print resolution was good, and the colors were true to my design file. It fit well on my existing 'backdrop stand kit'. I did have a question about cleaning it, and their support team responded to my email within a few hours with clear instructions. Everything was pretty smooth from start to finish.

Has anyone ordered a custom backdrop and then returned it? Wondering about their return policy for those.
